Eamon woke up coughing, with congestion and a mild fever. Fini sounded a little sick last night too. And I'm not feeling 100%. Sigh. Good thing I made a batch of cough syrup recently. I used this recipe, though I highly recommend the book by Rosemary Gladstar. I'm learning a lot about herbal remedies, and this book is very inclusive.
I've also got chicken broth and chicken soup cooking away on the stove. Hopefully I can get the boys to eat some soup today!
