It's Giveaway Time!

OK, so it's THE GREAT INTERNATIONAL STASH BUSTING GIVEAWAY time!

I do apologize--I'm still out of town and therefore not able to take a picture. But, I did set aside about 10 different fabrics, most are fat quarters, and some are smaller scraps. They're mostly neutrals--sandy browns and beiges. They don't necessarily all coordinate perfectly, but looking at the pile together they could work well.

Leave a comment if you'd like to win!

P.S. If you're following the saga, Mom is still in the hospital. They had a surgeon consult yesterday, and she has to have a complete hysterectomy due to the football-sized ovarian cyst, and while they're working in there, they may take out part of the infected colon. Send happy thoughts our way!

Hi, my thoughts and prayers are going out to your mom. Women in my family have had ovarian cysts too, and it is just awful. Take care!

Wow, I am amazed that during this time you are still able to get it together and do the giveaway (I couldn't do, I can't even blog on a regular basis). This is my first time to your blog, I will keep your family in my prayers (I know you said you aren't particularly religious, but prayer is a powerful thing). Wishing your mom a speedy recovery.

I am intrigued by a mystery stash! Please count me in!
My best wishes go out to your mother and your family. My mom and my sister both underwent hysterectomies about 20 years ago (mom due to cysts and bleeding, sis due to cancer). Both are doing great now. It was a bumpy road, but you get through it.
Hugs,

Your poor mom! I have family with health issues as well. In fact within a year of adopting our twins, my grandpa had a major stoke, my mom two surgeries, my dad a heart attack and multiple surgeries, and cnacer for my grandmother. It was a long year and I am glad we came out of it with everyone living and thankful for each other's company.

I would like to be entered in the giveaway too and I hope all comes out well post-op for your mom.

I came for the giveaway, but I am so sorry to hear about what is happening with your mum. I don't know you, obviously, but I am a daughter, and I have a daughter, so, I guess I can try to imagine how you feel and I'm sending you all the good vibes I can. I do hope you're taking care of yourself - worrying about the ones we love can really take so much out of us. My father was very ill last summer - he's ok now - and it was so hard.

Thank you for doing this for us despite your mom being sick, keeping my fingers crossed for everything getting better soon!
