Part of my nightly routine! I thought I'd share what I use, though I imagine it might be too oily for some to use as a facial scrub. It works great as a body scrub, especially for rough knees and elbows.
One batch lasts me about a month.
In a jar, combine:
1/2 cup coarse sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grapeseed or sweet almond oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
You can also add some vanilla extract, or a few drops of essential oils for a different smell, although I happen to like the "kitchen-y" smell that it has naturally.
Enjoy!
