Every year around this time, we head to our local pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins to decorate for Halloween. This year was no exception, and in fact this trip was the first of two.
Eamon's class took a fieldtrip to Schilter Family Farm, and I was so excited to be a parent chaperone. After petting all the fun farm animals, getting lost in the hay maze, and a bumpy tractor ride, the children all got to pick out a pumpkin to take home. They had a really great time, and the staff was amazing with the kiddos.
Unfortunately, the school doesn't allow siblings on fieldtrips, so I couldn't bring Finian. But, we're planning a second trip with some friends this weekend, so he'll get to see it all too!
