I am trying to stay on top of weeding this year. It's not going perfectly, so I'm concentrating on the areas that need it the most--around the herbs, near my peony, and the front yard. I'm planning to mulch the raised beds with straw. Has anyone done that before? Any tips?
We're just a few days away from our first raspberry harvest! So exciting--I have plans to make jam with honey instead of sugar (since I'm allergic to sugar cane, le sigh.)
I love this time of year. Everything is starting to grow!
