My First Commissioned Quilt

I worried and sweated and cursed over this quilt, making it as perfect as I possibly could.  This was so hard; I don't know how people sell their quilts all the time!  Kudos to those of you who do!

The pattern is Sparkling Cider, by All Washed Up.  I used the Quilt in a Day Flying Geese Ruler.  The fabrics were all chosen from my stash by the recipient--it's a mix of Flea Market Fancy, Pearl Bracelet, Constellations (on the back,) and a few others.  I used all cotton fabrics and cotton batting.  It measures about 48" x 48."

Nice work! I have always wanted to make that quilt and have tracked down the pattern...but not bought it. Gorgeous fall colors! Congrats on the sale too ;)

Thanks Karen! It's super easy as far as patterns go. I've made it as a table runner too. I have a stack of Anna Maria Horner's Innocent Crush and some charcoal kona cotton for a bigger version for myself!
